Almost all of our wedding bands are produced in Comfort-fit, unless ordered without. All of our design wedding band styles are original and manufactured with excellent, proportion, symmetry and quality. Most wedding bands are available from 4mm up to 8mm in width and in 14K and 18K Gold, Platinum 950% and Aircraft Grade Titanium.
Available colors are Yellow Gold, White Gold and Rose Gold in solid tones, or in any Two-Tone or Tri-Color combination of choice.

Can I order wedding bands in 18K Gold?
Yes, you may special order almost all of our wedding bands in 18K White,
Yellow or Rose Gold. Please click on the "Contact
Us" link here, to submit your request for 18K Gold. Please be sure to include
the style number of the wedding band you are considering.
Can I order a wedding band in a smaller or larger width
than the width shown?
Almost all of our wedding bands may be custom ordered in alternate widths.
If you've found a wedding band that you like and wish to order it in a different width
than the width shown, please email us via our "Contact
Us" link here. Please include the style number of the wedding band you are considering and the width you desire in millimeters. We'll gladly reply
to you regarding availability and pricing on your request.
I've found the perfect wedding band on your website. Can you customize it
by adding Diamonds to it?
We can add Diamonds or Gemstones on all of our wedding band
products, except on Tungsten rings. Please email your detailed
requests to our Sales Dept. via our "Contact
Us" page and we'll be happy to help you.
Can you produce your rings in Rose Gold?
Yes, we can produce almost all of our wedding band products in both 14K and 18K Rose
Gold. Please "Contact
Us" with your request to have your wedding band(s) custom ordered in Rose Gold.
(There is no extra charge for this customization.)
How can I find out my ring size?
We suggest requesting a free ring sizer-set from us, by clicking on our "Contact
Us" link. We'll ship it to you free of charge and it's yours to keep. Once you submit your request for a ring sizer-set, it
will arrive within 3 to 4 business days with your regular mail. Another alternative would be to go to a local Jewelry store and have your finger accurately measured by a Jeweler. Note: While at the Jewelers, it is essential to tell them the width (in Millimeters) and the kind of fit (Comfort-fit or Classic-fit) you are considering for yourself in order for them to give you a more accurate measurement according to your finger's unique proportions.
If I order my ring and it does not fit me can I get
it re-sized?
If the wedding ring you ordered does not fit your finger properly, you may return
it once within 30 days from the date it was shipped to you to be re-sized or
exchanged for the proper size. You will be charged for the re-sizing or exchange
plus for the return shipment of the ring back to you. Please note that Tungsten
wedding bands cannot be re-sized at all and most Gold, Platinum and Titanium design wedding bands cannot
be re-sized "down" due to the continuous design patterns on their surfaces.
However, most Gold, Platinum and Titanium design wedding bands can be sized "up" to a 1/2 a size bigger.
In any case, we "HIGHLY" recommend and urge you to please have your finger accurately
measured before placing your order to avoid any unnecessary time and monetary loss
on your part if you order the wrong size wedding band(s). For your convenience,
you may request for a ring sizer-set to be mailed to you free of charge via
our "Contact
Us" page prior to placing your order.
What can I do if you (DesignBands.com) send me the wrong
sized ring?
We always do numerous checks on every aspect of our products during the manufacturing
process, including the ring size. If such an unlikely mishap should ever occur, we
will take full responsibility. You can ship the wrong sized ring back to us
and we will ship you back a correct sized ring. We will pay for the shipping
as well.
Can Tungsten Carbide rings be Engraved?
Yes, we engrave on all metals including Tungsten Carbide, which is the hardest metal in the World. Our standard engraving service is always free with your purchase of any wedding band. Please click "here" to see available fonts and examples. You may submit your request to engrave your purchased
ring(s) during the "add to cart" process by simply selecting the engraving options
and typing your letters inside the character box. We can fit up to 25 characters
(including spaces) inside most wedding bands, depending upon their width and
size. A common wedding band inscription would look like the following: John
& Jane Smith 2-20-09. However, you may have your own ideas. (Please be sure of your correct finger size(s) prior to placing your order as
engraved or personalized items cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
How long will it take for me to get my ring once I order
it?
Upon the approval of your transaction, your order will go into production the next business day.
Our Tungsten Carbide rings are kept in-stock and are shipped out within 1 to 2 business days. If the size of the Tungsten Carbide ring you ordered is found to be temporarily out-of-stock, you will be contacted by a DesignBands.com associate via telephone or by email to discuss available options.
All of our 14K and 18K Gold, Platinum, Titanium and Diamond Wedding Band products are made to order brand-new from scratch. This means, that your Wedding Band(s) will be tailor made especially for you according to your finger size(s), specifications and instructions. Most orders, are completed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Diamond, Gemstone, custom and special ordered Wedding Band products may take 10 to 14 business days to complete and ship.
If you place your order via our eLayaway program, your order will be processed and shipped with the same guidelines and time-frames as stated above, after we are notified by eLayaway that you have successfully completed the payment terms of your purchase.
How can I order more than one of the same item but,
in a different size?
Add the first item to your shopping cart, then simply go back
to that item and select it once again in a different size. Once you click on the "Check out" button, both items should appear on the same shopping cart and Invoice.
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Currently, a sales tax of 9.75% is only collected on orders shipped to addresses
within the State of California.
How can I check the status of my order during its production
process?
You will receive detailed and informative email notifications on the status
of your order during the production process. You may also request a status report
via e-mail.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer "FREE SHIPPING" via U.S.P.S. (2 to 3 business day) Priority
Mail on all purchases shipped anywhere in the United States. However, if you
are in a big hurry, you may choose to pay for a quicker shipping method during your purchase process.
Are your shipments Insured?
We fully Insure each and every shipment we send out and it is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all DesignBands.com deliveries,
regardless of any signature waivers you may have.
Can you mail my order to an alternate shipping address?
Yes, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing
address... However, as a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address
be on file with your credit card company as your secondary shipping address. This step helps protect you from fraudulent
charges to your credit card.
Do you ship to U.S. Military A.P.O. addresses?
Yes, we ship to all U.S. Military A.P.O. addresses. Delivery
may take a few days longer depending upon where you are stationed and how soon
your the delivery service will get your package to you.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We currently ship to Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. Please see our "Terms

Is all the information on your website accurate?
At DesignBands.com, we make every attempt to ensure that our on line catalog
is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity
to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller
than their actual size in our photographs. Since every computer monitor is set
differently, color and size may slightly vary.
How pure is your Platinum?
We only use the finest 95% pure Platinum combined with 5 percent Iridium, Palladium,
Ruthenium or other alloys. This is the highest purity used in the Jewelry industry.

What kind of metal is Titanium?
Titanium is incredibly hard, lightweight, and resistant to corrosion. Traditionally
Aircraft Grade, Titanium is used for engineering and for the Aerospace industry.
Titanium has only recently been applied to the Jewelry industry and has since
gained immense popularity. Titanium is less likely to show scratches due to
its denseness and it can also be re-polished to look as good as the first day
you bought it.
What is Tungsten Carbide?
Made to last a lifetime, Tungsten Carbide wedding bands are a natural choice
for men and women who want a resilient metal that shows little signs of
wear. With tough and enduring qualities, Tungsten is a heavy, Cobalt-free, non-corrosive
and hypoallergenic metal that is virtually scratch resistant. Tungsten is a
naturally occurring element. It is processed with carbon and grounded into
fine powder before compressed in high pressure and high temperature molds,
fired at high temperatures, then cut and shaped. With one of the highest
melting and boiling points of all elements, Tungsten is the hardest of all
metals. It is heavier, more denser and four times harder than Titanium. Tungsten has a
steel-gray to tin-white color in its original form and it holds its original
mirrored high polish finish for life and does not lose its luster. Tungsten
Jewelry requires little care. Rubbing with any clean cloth will restore the
original bright finish for decades to come. (Please note: Black Tungsten Carbide rings
will eventually show wear as their surfaces are plated/coated in black).
What is a Karat?
The term "Karat" spelled with a "K" is used to indicate the purity of Gold.
Gold is a mixture of Gold and other metals. 24Karat is pure Gold (999% Gold,
24K), 18Karat is 75% pure Gold, and 14Karat is 58.3% pure Gold.
What is a Carat?
The term "Carat" spelled with a "C" is used to measure the
weight of a Diamond(s) or a Precious Color Stone(s).
What is Rose Gold?
Rose Gold also referred to as Pink Gold, gets its color from a larger proportion
of copper in the metal alloy. This gives the Gold a beautiful rich pink color
which will never fade.
