We guarantee that the ring you purchase will contain the exact purity
and quality of Gold, Platinum, Titanium and Tungsten Carbide that is
stamped inside of the ring or stated on your Invoice.
CRAFTSMANSHIP GUARANTEE:
All of our
rings are individually crafted with the finest materials to demanding
quality standards. They are also designed to exacting manufacturing
specifications and warranted against imperfections in design and
craftsmanship. Except from normal wear, we will repair or replace your
ring if there is a problem upon your receipt, within a period of 30 days from
the date of shipment. (All items must be returned in their original brand-new condition).
DIAMOND AND GEMSTONE QUALITY:
Every
Diamond and Gemstone is carefully and individually inspected for
specific quality standards of the 3 C’s, “Cut, Color & Clarity”. Each stone
is precisely graded and matched with other stones used in the ring.
TUNGSTEN CARBIDE - LIFETIME WARRANTY:
All Tungsten Carbide rings are covered by our Lifetime Warranty policy
against breakage. If in an unlikely event, the Tungsten Carbide ring you
purchase from DesignBands.com should ever break or crack during normal
everyday wear, we will replace it free of charge. A proof of purchase
(Invoice/Order ID#) will be required and the broken or cracked ring must
be returned back to DesignBands.com for inspection, prior to qualifying for
a free replacement. (Standard Shipping and Handling fees do apply). The black plating/coating on Black Tungsten Carbide rings is not covered by
our free replacement warranty against wear... All black plated Tungsten Carbide rings will eventually show wear.
CLEANING, MAINTENANCE & INSPECTION:
To keep
your rings looking their best, you may send them to us and we will be
happy to clean, refinish and restore the original luster and finish on your
